The Adenike Kayode Fabunmi International Foundation (AKFIF) proudly visited Independence Grammar School, Ondo City, the alma mater of our esteemed Chairman, Mr. Kayode Fabunmi (Fabkay), in a memorable celebration of his birthday. 🎉

The visit was more than a celebration  it was a day filled with purpose, empowerment, and inspiration. The Foundation generously distributed notebooks to students and conducted a skill acquisition training on liquid soap production. The students participated with great enthusiasm, learning a valuable skill that promotes creativity, self-reliance, and entrepreneurship. 🧼💪

During the program, Mr. Faduyilemi Abayomi, Secretary of the Foundation and Personal Assistant to the Convener, delivered a deeply inspiring address. He emphasized the importance of focus, discipline, and hard work, sharing how AKFIF played a vital role in shaping his life and helping him discover his purpose. His words resonated strongly with the students, reminding them that success begins with determination and vision. 🙏✨

The school community received the Foundation with open arms. The Vice Principal, Mrs. Akinsipe, expressed heartfelt appreciation for AKFIF’s thoughtful gesture, while the Principal commended the team for their dedication to youth empowerment and sent warm greetings to the celebrant for remembering his roots and investing in the future of young minds. The Senior Girl, speaking on behalf of all students, delivered a touching vote of thanks, appreciating the Foundation for the notebooks, the skill training, and the inspiring visit. 🎓

The atmosphere became even more joyful during the cake-cutting ceremony in honor of Mr. Kayode Fabunmi’s birthday. Students and teachers joined together in songs and cheers to celebrate a man whose leadership, generosity, and compassion continue to inspire countless lives. 🎂💖

The event concluded with the soap-making practical session, where both students and teachers actively participated in creating their own soap samples. It was an engaging and educational experience that left everyone motivated to keep learning and growing. 🧼👏
