The Adenike-Kayode Fabunmi International Foundation (AKFIF) embarks on its 2024 agenda with a resolute commitment to extending a helping hand to communities, placing a significant focus on education and general well-being.

The visionary convener, Mrs. Adenike Fabunmi Adetuyi, alongside her dedicated team, embarked on a transformative journey on 6th of February 2024 no across three primary schools in Idanre Local Government, Ondo State. The first stop was Baptist Primary School in Idanre, Mrs. Adenike’s alma mater. Expressing nostalgia, she encouraged the pupils to aspire for greater heights, emphasizing the importance of education in shaping a better tomorrow. Grateful for the hard work of the teachers, Mrs. Adetuyi acknowledged their efforts.

The team distributed school supplies, including mathematical sets for all primary six students, and various essential materials to uplift the learning experience of the pupils. The Headmistress expressed gratitude and discussed potential collaborations to address the school’s challenges, showcasing AKFIF’s commitment to sustainable impact.

Moving forward, AKFIF visited St. Patrick Primary School and Mega Primary School in Idanre Local Government, where the reception was filled with joy. Mr. Akinola Skinnons Adewale, the foundation’s PRO, engaged with the pupils, articulating the foundation’s objectives and nationwide contributions. Mathematical sets, school supplies, essential materials, and both food items and cash for teachers were distributed, enriching the educational environment.

Beyond the school premises, the foundation extended its benevolence to the community of Odole, Ojota in Idanre, where Mrs. Adenike’s father’s house stands. The warm reception from family members and well-wishers underscored the foundation’s connection to its roots. Essential food supplies, including rice, beans, and other staples, were distributed, exemplifying the foundation’s holistic approach to community welfare.

These endeavors exemplify her dedication to creating positive change across diverse facets of community life. From fostering education to alleviating hunger and promoting well-being, the organization embodies the spirit of compassion and community empowerment.
